This luxurious 3bhk residence in South Bombay is a quintessential 2000’s design- one where an accent solid colour flows through the space. In this case, the clients loved the colour red and a warm vibrant palette was used to complement it. The entrance space was designed with full length mirrors and a highlight wall where the nameplate becomes a design element itself. The living room furniture is minimalist in style and paired with upholstery in solid colours. Italian marble cladded on the walls with horizontal brass slits adds a dimension of texture to the space and is toned down with dark brown curtains that match the wooden furniture.
The bedrooms are done in a classic Indian luxury style- with warm tones and textured roman blinds along the marble ledge seating by the window. While the stylish drop lights and wall lights add to the aureate ambience of the space. The furniture is done in chestnut laminate that goes with the wooden flooring. The custom made TV wall cabinet and bookshelf adds a stroke of pizzazz to the master bedroom. The lavish washrooms are rich in texture and materiality, becoming great spaces to de-stress. The foyer space is done up with tasteful wooden paneling with a sleeping Buddha in the slit- becoming a dark standout piece in the backdrop.
